It seems to be the proper thing to to to start “resurrection” of the blog with the upcoming anime series. Since I seemingly have an obscure taste in anime, any given season offers maximum of 3 series that i would be even remotely interested in, and out of these 3 I will only actually watch one. Maybe two. This season is unfortunately not an exeption from that rule. So this time Meows is watching:

Sengoku BASARA – Based on the epic “chaotic kill-them-all” game by Capcom set in the Sengoku era in Japan. If you have not played the game – you have not lived. And if this anime will turn out to be even HALF of what the game is – it would be the most awesome series of the year. If not, well, it will still be worthy of your time. The remaining question is: will the animation quality be at par with game’s cutscenes.

Queen’s Blade – *claps her hands* Melona! Melona! *^_^* Successor to IkkiTousen in my books. It has been proven by the “british scientists” that looking at tits prolongs one’s life. Well, at least it works for men. Aaaand I’m going to go ahead and pretend I’m male. Either way,  I do not expect much plot from this show, but the eyecandy looks promising.

Sadly those two wrap up the “I will watch” section. There are couple of shows that fall under “i might watch” and “I will read in other’s blogs” sections. Namely: 07-Ghost and Phantom. By the looks 07-Ghost reminds me of Cluster Edge for some reason, so i would give it a shot, as I actually did not mind Cluster Edge. And my interest in Phantom is based solely on the fact that way back when the game came out i did not bother to play it, so I am somewhat interested in it, but not enough to waste 20 min of my life a week on it.

And I am perfectly aware that in a month the entire anime internets would not talk about anything other then the new FMA, therefore a) there is really no need to watch it, b) I’m not that big of a fan of neither the manga, nor the first adaptation. so BLEH!
